Introducing Hannah Love
Hi I’m Hannah Love I’ve spent the last 25 years helping families with their babies and children.
In my twenties I completed three university courses - in Paediatric Nursing, Nutritional Therapy and Cranial Sacral Therapy, whilst travelling the world nannying for pro golfers. When nannying I was a huge part of every family I worked for - this is where I learnt to juggle family life, something I took into my own family life, with my own 3 children.
Through Sleep Well with Hannah I’ve brought together all of my experience and training to help hundreds of other families learn to juggle family life and, most importantly, sleep well.
I see myself as more than a sleep expert- my deep knowledge of babies and children is what makes families feel confident in my hands, and is what makes my programmes, talks and courses work.
Through my CALM (Consistent, Achievable, Loving and Manageable®) approach to parenting I not only teach parents how to manage their baby’s feeding, weaning, nutrition, behaviour and my most popular subject – sleep. I also teach families confidence in being a parent, juggling enjoying life with a baby. My greatest achievement is bringing many families out of dark, sleepless places to enjoying day to day life with their happy, sleeping baby.
I firmly believe that each family is individual and so is every baby – I’m not there to tell you how to raise your family, but to support you to find a solution if what you are doing isn’t working for you right now. My CALM, practical and effective approach has ensured that families recommend me all over the world and have come back for second and third babies (even before they are born!).
